The Big Mama Wellness Project, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that distributes FREE Musical Self Esteem Seminars, Size Friendly Workout Videos and other Positive programs to Big, Beautiful People (and those who think they are)! This wellness effort benefits their physical health and emotional well-being in a society that worships thin and openly ridicules and discriminates against fat people -- while scientific studies acknowledge that 95% of dieters regain all weight lost and more -- which handily contributes to keeping fat people FAT and often depressed, isolated and consequently unhealthy!

About the Artists:
Linda Izzo Heinrich has been a professional composer, poet and singer since the early seventies. Her Big Mama "Feel Good" Revue has been performed live and on NYC Radio and National and International Television. She continues to entertain and also owns businesses with her husband. David, in the mortgage and title insurance fields.

Cynthia Torres has been a free-lance artist since the mid-seventies. She has collaborated with other artists to create a number of watercolor paintings that currently hang in several restaurants in New Jersey. Her pen & ink drawings created for various clients may still be seen in their advertisements. Her career has taken her mostly into the graphic art design world and she currently owns a printing business with her husband, Aurélio.
